Apple Picking 2013

It is Fall here in Virginia!!!  So, that means apple picking!  We went the last week of September.  The foliage wasn't as good as normal and our apple options were a little more limited (only 2 options to pick instead of 6).  We still did some damage....32 pounds of apples!  After apple picking we had lunch at Miche Tavern....very cute place.  The girls said it was like Gaston's tavern in Beauty and the Beast.  After lunch we went on to Monticello and toured there for about 3-4 hours.  Then headed home!  The girls had a great time and were exhausted by the time we got home.
