Blizzard 2010

Mommy and the girls (the camera was starting to fog up on us)
Daddy and the girls It started snowing her late last night and hasn't really stopped. We have somewhere between 11-15" of snow. Eric and the girls got out and played in it for a little while this morning. It was pretty cold and windy so they didn't last very long. It is just powder so it is a little hard to make a snowman.

Christmas 2010

We have had a full house since last week. Mom, Gary and London took off this morning to head back to Oklahoma. Nanny and Papa are still here until Tuesday. We got hammered with snow this morning. I will post some pictures of Christmas in the album to the right.

End of our Snow Day!

Reindeer Cookies
Special treat to get to stay up late and watch Charlie Brown Christmas We had a fun day in the snow. Eric had to go into work this morning but was home early afternoon. It took him 2 hours to get from base to home. It usually is about a 30 minute drive. The girls and I went out this morning before the snow started and got all of our supplies for making Christmas cookies. After naps, Eric and Abby went and played outside. Maddie slept a little longer so she didn't get to play. Once they came in and warmed up we started in on our cookie making. We did the reindeer cookies and chocolate chip cookies in preparation for our cookie making party with the Lemn's on Saturday. Our Christmas guests will be arriving early next week so I may not get a chance to post until after Christmas.

First Tooth...

Abby lost her first tooth last night. She was eating an apple and out it came. The tooth didn't make it out of her mouth with the bite of apple but the tooth fairy still came.

Prayer Request for our sweet friends

I took this from my friend Sarah's blog, she wrote it so well! Our sweet friends received a diagnosis on Wednesday that their two year old daughter Bella is autistic. Annie is an amazing mother and friend. Her testament and relationship with Christ is so powerful. Josh is a Navy Chaplain and is on his first deployment. He is scheduled to return home in less than two weeks. Please pray for them as they being this incredible journey. You can follow them on their blog: http://navychaplainastory.blogspot.com/ . Their family lives in CA and MI so they will be going through this with those around them here. We are praying for you all and love you!

More projects..

Before...when we first moved in.
After
We painted the trim white (it was more of a cream color orginially) and then painted the walls. It looks so good!
