Soccer Fun!

Abby and Coach JeffTeam PhotoTaking a BreakAbby has been staying after school on Mondays for the last 9 weeks doing Soccer Shots. She has loved it. Last Monday was her last class so parents were invited to come and watch. She did pretty well and has learned some basics. She got a certificate and a "prize" (water bottle) when class was over and that made her super excited.

Strawberry Picking!

Maddie and I went strawberry picking this morning with some friends from church! We picked 7.5 pounds in about an hour! It is the peak of strawberry season here. All the other kiddos were eating as many berries as they were putting in there basket. Maddie on the other hand, was playing with the weeds and putting ALL of the strawberries in the basket. She isn't really keen on strawberries though she did eat one when we got home. We will have to go again to let Abby pick some because she was super upset that she missed out since she was at school.
