Eric's Award

Eric received this award at work last week. It is a leadership award for leadership with his peers.

1 year check up!

Maddie had her year check up today. She got 4 shots (chicken pox, polio, diptherria, MMR). She was a trooper! She has gained two pounds since the last weight check. She is now 20 pounds 10 ounces and has grown 2 inches making her 30.5 inches. She is in the 45% for weight and 90% for height.

Getting messy Playing balloons Blowing out the candle! Our sweet baby girl turned 1 last Friday. We had a family party at Grammie's house. Maddie didn't really know what to do with the cake. She smashed it all over and then got upset that she was messy. She didn't really eat the cake. She also had lots of fun opening presents once she figured out what to do. She enjoyed sitting on boxes the most!

Maddie-

It is hard to believe that a year has gone by since your birth. We can't imagine life without you in it. You keep Mommy on her toes and you love your Daddy. You enjoy chasing your sister all over the house and doing whatever she is doing. You have started walking and you are adding words to your vocabulary each day. We are excited to see everything you learn in the coming years. You are such a sweet girl and bring us so much happiness. We love you!
