Cinco de Mayo
We had a rainy Cinco de Mayo so I found a recipe for sombrero cookies online. So, we made some cookies this afternoon. We had tacos and refried beans for dinner with virgin margaritas. Abby ate her dinner pretty well (for her) and then she got to have a cookie. She didn't want to stop at just one, she wanted more.

Earth Day Celebration

The City put on an Earth Day Celebration today so we went and checked it out. They had lots of booths and crafts to do. Abby had a great time. You can see she came home with lots of crafts, we have a litter bug, a pinecone bird feeder, Eric is modeling the newspaper hat, a grass head, a tattoo, and a pet rock. She had lots of fun and was pooped! We dropped Eric and Abby off after lunch and Maddie and I came home to feed her and get the stroller. Then Maddie and I walked to the park to pick them up. The walk is about a mile and a half so total, Maddie and I walked 3 miles today.
Almost....but not quite
Maddie is still trying to figure out how to crawl. She hasn't figured it out yet but I'm sure she will get it soon. She gets up on her knees and she will get up on her feet and do pushups. I'm sure I will be posting soon that she is on the move!
Starting Solid Foods
Well, Maddie has been having cereal for probably a month just before bed. Yesterday we started to add in some other food. So, she had some cereal and some green beans. She wasn't sure about those as you can see from the pictures.
